Ichigo:

 🍓 I feel like Ichigo would be more fine with you sitting on his lap in a semi-public place, like at the park, library, waiting for the bus/train outside the city or if you are out in the evening together.

 🍓 If it’s too many people around it would be too much and he doesn't like the stares and the whispering!

 🍓 Of course he wouldn't accept it until you have been together for a couple of months at the very least. And you will most likely be the one starting it. Ichigo will be blushing quite a lot in the beginning but be more comfortable after every time. 

 🍓 He would prefer to not do it infront of his friends either, because they probably would make fun of him and that would make him even more embarrassed, but as we know, Ichigo wouldn't exactly let it slide either. 

“Renji, you are just jealous because you are still single!” 

“HUH?! I’M NOT!!” 

 🍓 However Ichigo prefers to be home alone with you and cuddle together without staring, judging eyes. 

Renji:

 🍍 This boy has been watching way too many series and movies by now. Taking inspiration from different romance shows and adding it to your relationship so that he can be more romantic and be the best boyfriend there is! 

 🍍 I can see him being the one who straight out asks you about it when you two are watching movies together and then regret it because it sounded so stupid! 

 🍍 If you accept it, Renji will be so nervous and awkward and be blushing the whole time. He’ll be wondering if you can hear his fast going heartbeat through his chest. ‘Why does it look so easy in the movies???’ If you start talking about the movie later he will have no idea what youre are talking about.

 🍍 Renji would also be more fine with semi-public places while being awkward and blushing most of the time even after doing it for months. He would rather have you on his lap in privacy and cuddle. Then you can have all his attention and no one would disturb you. ;) 

 🍍 If you were sitting on Renji's lap in a semi-public place and his friends would see you two like that, teasing would have a great effect on Renji at that moment.

Grimmjow:

 😾 This boy is a little complicated. You sitting on his lap is both prideful and embarrassing. He wants you to sit on his lap in the public and show off his amazing s/o and that they are obviously taken. But at the same time he’ll want you all by himself ALONE with no prying eyes. 

 😾 It’s the same with Grimmjow, you’ll have to be the one to start sitting down on his lap first, after that he’ll be the one who will grab you the most. He’ll find your physical affection very comfortable and calming. 

😾 Romance and relationship in general is something he is lacking, which is something he gets to experience and learn more and more with you. In the beginning he probably wouldn't be too fine to be lovey dovey in public, then it would be embarrassing. But the longer you are together the more pride and love he takes in you and your relationship so later on you can basically sit on his lap whenever you want and wherever you want, unless he’s out and fighting or training. Grimmjow will be happy either way and he won't take peoples crap either!

Yoruichi:

🐾 Yoruichi is literally a cat. She has been sitting on your lap in her cat form long before you have been in a relationship. So of course it’s no big deal! 

🐾 It doesn't really matter when or where, as long as she gets your attention and affection, but don’t forget to let her sit in your arms too! Yoruichi loves both and people who staring doesn't affect her. 

“Y/n what we do is none of other people’s business, just ignore them okay?”

🐾 Yoruichi wouldn't mind sitting with you in front of her friends either. Kiskue and the others wouldn't judge. Everyone in that shop is so used to your relationship by now. 

🐾 But don’t forget that Yoruichi also has a lot of energy and likes to mess with people and prank them, so watch out! Like that time when she was sitting in Byakuya's garden with you in her lap and was making out with you in front of him just to get a reaction. Byakuya was not happy.

💚She’s really bad about staying asleep. She tends to wake up at like 3:00am every other night, and since I like to imagine her and Dom share a room, she probably wakes him up sometimes.

💚Midnight snacker 100%.

💚She’s really quiet when she moves, so sometimes it seems like she just spawns in when she’s actually been standing there for several minutes. (She’s fully aware of this and likes using it to startle people.)

💚Along with spiders I think she’d like sharks too.

💚Loves being in the dark.

💚Sensitive to loud noises.

💚Her and Dom were always bringing bugs inside the house when they were younger.

💚Was obsessed with fairies when she was younger. But not the pretty Disney fairies. She liked the fairies from mythology that would curse people and steal names. (She’d pretend to steal Dom’s name all the time.)

💚Also had a Warrior Cats phase. (She had a whole medicine cat OC and can still name all the herbs used in the books.)

💚Aro-ace.

💚Doesn’t really get mad often, but when she does she’s terrifying. (Even Dom get’s a little on-edge.)

💚Really bad at reading facial expressions and social cues. Unless something is directly stated she’s going to be very confused.

💚Neither her nor Dom have a single pair of normal white socks. They always have to be brightly colored, or have fun patterns on them.

🧡He’s surprisingly good at reading people, but only because he knows what patterns and smaller details to look for. (He’s a little better with social cues than Faye, but not by much.)

🧡Probably draws on his shoes.

🧡I like to think the sweater he wears is actually too small for him. (Considering the sleeves cut off a little short.) He outgrew it last year but he’s emotionally attached to it so he refuses to wear anything else.

🧡Had a Wings of Fire phase. (Is probably still in said phase.)

🧡Looks at obviously hot object. “Hm, I wonder if this is hot.” Places hand on hot object to check. Shocked when it burns him.

🧡Him and Faye always had to pull out the measuring tape whenever they were told to split something.

🧡He’s probably a lot more protective of Faye than he lets on. (He’s probably older by like, 5 minutes and refuses to let Faye forget that.)

🧡Left-handed. (Not really a headcanon I just wanted to point this out. If you go back to the first episode of the spin-off you can see Dom’s pencil’s on his left side. He later uses his left hand to spin the pencil around, too.)

🧡He likes stealing Elliot’s glasses to see how bad Elliot’s vision is.

🧡Him and Faye have oddly good senses of smell.

🧡The biggest baby when he’s sick. (Yet he actively refuses to take medicine.)

When I first started writing I said I would only write Paul/Gene and I wouldn't do AUs, and now I have two AUs planned and am branching out in my pairings, so I won't say never, but gender switching, mpreg and non con isn't something that appeals to me.

🍍 What kind of AUs do you like? Are there any AUs you hate or just generally have beef with?

Initially I wasn't interested in AUs, but when I saw my mutuals were writing them, I read them, and found I enjoyed them. My AU I'm working on is a Prince Starchild/Demon, and I'd like to do something set in medieval times as well. Gender swaps don't really appeal to me (I like the boys as they are), but at the same time I have read a couple I loved, so I can't say that there are any I hate.

🍐 Is there anything in canon that you absolutely hate and love to fix in fics? A wrong choice made, a fuck-up in characterization, a misunderstanding never cleared up, a conversation never shown onscreen, etc…

I'd love to write Paul getting some proper comfort following his car crash, but I feel like doing that would be disrespectful of his experience. I'd also want to give him a closer relationship to Eric C, I think they were really very much alike.

PAUL! There's his sensitivity, anxiety, perfectionism, fear of failing or being alone, struggles with communication and expressing his needs and emotions, but that is pretty canon. It hasn't come up a lot in the fics I've done so far, but some of my wips have him unsure of how to express platonic love because of not having friends growing up, so the only way he knows how to show his friends he loves them is sexualy.

And it seemed to work, because you not only never stole anything from her again, but she later found her jewelry back in its place.

~ When she figures out you’re a thief, she feels so conflicted. The Christian in her wants to do the right thing, and tell the police. But the friend in her wants to keep quiet. Due to her shyness, she ends up keeping quiet.

~ She can’t quite see you the same afterwards. But still, she cares for you. She finds herself forgetting about you being a thief at times, until being reminded.

~ Inori can’t help but feel a pit of guilt and shame in her stomach every time you’re talked about by the police, the news or anything of the sort. She knows she could be helping, but she cares too much about you.

~ Every time you “borrow” something from her, she tries scolding you. But she always falls victim to your charm; leaving you with a “Just don’t do it again”. But of course you will. And she knows it.

it's dick grayson ofc. i've actually done a very detailed version of headcanons for him here that i’m pretty pleased with. additional stuff that comes to mind:

periods of time where he hallucinates people. like this has a canonical basis, but i want him to sporadically hallucinate people— even those who are alive— even when he's not stressed or under some dubious toxin. kinda something like titans (2018) where bruce appearing out of nowhere and being a bitch is just commonplace for him.

shutting down probing conversations about robin and legacy. he can't talk about it beyond surface level platitudes and even if he could, he wouldn't know where to start because it's all tangled up for him. he has periods of immense guilt and grief about what he's created and it causes him to avoid his parents' graves sometimes. there's no pattern to any of it, at least not one that he has been able to identify.

random one but he can untangle wired earphones very quickly and very easily. it pisses off roy and donna sooooo much.

doesn't bother with bat-crazy levels of security for his apartments after blüdhaven. instead, he just has alarms for the niche/cavity he stores his nightwing suit and gear. it drives tim and babs absolutely crazy but he doesn't budge on it.

after he gets his act together a little bit, he actually keeps in touch with sophia. goes to her graduation from brentwood, helps her pick out college classes. she's one of the few civilians who has access to his nightwing lines if she wants. she'll sometimes even call him when he's on patrol to complain about a professor or a grade and he'll alternate between punching a thug and giving her rlly weird advice about making sure she doesn't end up joining a vampire cult.

sth about writing what you know... usually really enjoy writing dick & bruce, dick & donna, dick & tim.

i love cass & dick interactions too but those need to be written in a very specific way which doesn't always come to me. i've to be in a very particular mood for it bc the crux for a lot of their initial interactions is a certain discordant tone that later morphs into a sort of kinship+damage about being warped mirror images. they can see each other but understanding is a whole different ball game.

as for romantic, i'm a dickroy girlie through and through. i would also like to write dick & midnighter flirtations but i've only skimmed his comics so i'd need to actually sit and read them lol

To preface this, I love all the boys. They're all very cute/adorable/hot/attractive (take your pick), and they all are amazing musicians and very, very talented! But I think I do let my bias show a lot, so it would come to no surprise when I say my fav is Bojan. (I’m basic ik, but have you looked at his big ass puppy eyes?) 

If you read my fics, you might already guess what this is going to entail. I generally love that he's absolutely tiny next to the others (I’m sure he hates that fact, but it’s cute and him being pocket sized makes it so much funnier, sorry, puppy boi, you're three blueberries stacked on top of each other, I don't make the rules and neither do you). But that’s not a headcanon right?

So yeah, some headcanons I love are writing about him whining and whimpering and begging. He's a vocal boi, so it just makes sense to me.

We also all know about his little naps, and one of my headcanons is him just dropping immediately once he goes tired, idk, it's just very cute, I think. 

One of my absolute fav headcanons is him loving to get manhandled, but once again, we've seen him enjoy being pushed around, so is that really a headcanon or is it just… him?

🥝 What’s your favorite trope/AO3 tag to write?

Ohhhh, that's interesting, ngl. I like writing a lot of different things and I like reading a thousand things more… but I think my favorite trope to write atm might be friends to lovers, sharing one bed, tour bus is also quiet nice (and very JO focused 😂).

I also tend to like a lot of smutty tropes, like biting and hair pulling, but idk if we then go over into the kink side of the tags and less trope-y 😅

🍍 What kind of AUs do you like? Are there any AUs you hate or just generally have beef with? 

Usually I really like most AUs! It all depends on how it's portrayed and if I like the author or not. But generally I really enjoy supernatural AUs, like Vampires, witches and demons and stuff, but I also am really font of a good dæmon fic (I love the concept of having a little animal companion that is literally your soul, reminds me of familiars of witches and I love that). 

I do also enjoy a nice sports AU if it's not too focused on the sport and makes me read about matches and rules and an accurate paragraph long description of technical gameplay, if I want to read a rulebook I can watch a yt tutorial or google. I also like a good f1 AU.

The classical ones like College AU and Coffee shop, tattoo parlor/flower shop are also so nice to read and always make me happy! 

So there is generally no AU I could say I have beef with from the top of my mind… ohhhhh, okay, no, there is one! 

I don't really enjoy Space AUs… like… the funky Guardians of the Galaxy types or Star Wars or Star Trek are nice and fine. It's space horror that freaks me out, when ppl get lost in space and have to either survive or die alone in the middle of nothing. That might also have to be connected to my dislike of cosmic horror that happens in space (like the Alien movies, which I don't dislike, but just can't appreciate the way other ppl can). If it's like… Alien invasion and it happens on earth its different tho, then it's funky and fun again.

Space is incredibly beautiful and I'm so fascinated by planets, the milky way and solar systems and all the Star signs and constellations, but at the same time I just think I don't like the vastness of it as well as the sheer nothingness and the ominous nature of it all. Maybe it's also just existential dread I feel when I think of it, but I just am not having a good time when I'm being anxious, so yeah 😅
